The AIT Conference Center, where the Summit is being organized has an in-house hotel (www.aitcc.ait.ac.th/accommodation/) with discounted room rates available for the Summit guests and participants. 

Interested participants who wish to book accommodation at the AIT Conference Center Hotel may do so by filling up this ACCOMMODATION BOOKING REQUEST FORM. Please note that we have limited rooms, and will be served in a first-come-first serve basis.

Alternatively, accommodation is also available at the following hotels. Participants interested to book rooms at these hotels can directly do so via their official website or online booking platforms such as Agoda or Booking.com.

1.       Novotel Hotel, Future Park Rangsit || 4-star hotel || ~15km, ~30 min travel time from the Summit venue || Room price starts from THB 3200 per night

2.       Hotel IYA, Pathum Thani || 3-star serviced residence || ~5km, ~10 min travel time from Summit Venue) || Room price starts from THB 1300 per night.

For convenience of the participants, the Summit Secretariat will arrange for morning pick-up and evening drop-off from and to these hotels (only).
